All companies in the UK with over 250 workers are required to publish certain information on pay differentials by April 2018 in accordance with the Equality Act 2010. Out of the law firms that have already reported their gender pay gaps the difference is as much as 32%. It is likely that we will see even larger differences as the rest of the law firms release their data nearer to the deadline.
