The Bench recently advised Beside Group on the launch of the first Diesel e-commerce store in the region; a key milestone in Beside’s omnichannel strategy to meet its customers' growing expectations. The e-commerce platforms cover the KSA & UAE markets in both Arabic & English. Work on the project included the website terms and conditions, privacy policy and data protection and e-commerce regulatory advice.
