The Bench Celebrates International Women's Day 2023 by Parachuting All-Female Team Into Secondment

The Bench celebrated International Women's Day (IWD) 2023 by parachuting an all-female team of specialist disputes lawyers into an urgent client secondment. The international team comprised qualified lawyers from Scotland, South Africa, India and Greece and was deployed within 3 business days of the initial client request. Our ability to quickly build and mobilise bespoke teams of lawyers for clients is one of our bench strengths.

The Bench is fully aligned with the IWD 2023 campaign theme #EmbraceEquity and is extremely proud of its zero gender pay gap and commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion. As IWD so eloquently put it "collectively we can all challenge gender stereotypes, call out discrimination, draw attention to bias, and seek out inclusion".
