Recruitment

 

At The Bench we take a refreshing approach to recruitment.  Having spent over a decade reading CV’s from recruiters that are not even close to the job description we understand the frustration this causes.   We commit to only send you CV’s of applicants we would consider for the job if we were sitting in your shoes (which our team have been as General Counsel, Partners in global law firms, Heads of Recruitment and Talent Management).   Although our company may be new, our team members have been recruiting in the Middle East for over 10 years so understand the complexities.

Placements / Secondments

One of The Bench’s core offerings is the ability to second senior lawyers into your team to help with overflow work, holiday or maternity cover etc.  The cover can be by way of on-site support, virtual support or a combination of the two.  The placements can be for as little as a day or up to a year long.
